How do I make an appointment?
Appointments can be made by speaking to our reception staff either by phone or in person. Our phone number is (314) 647-8223.
What do I do if my pet is sick?
We will do our best to get urgently sick pets in for same day appointments. In extreme cases, you may be referred to a local emergency clinic. Non-urgent cases may be scheduled for another day.
What if I am running late or need to change my appointment?
We ask that you call our reception staff who will help to you reschedule your appointment.
Can I bring another pet to my appointment?
We will only have time to see the scheduled patient during the appointment time. If you need to bring your other pet for emotional support that is okay!
