How do I make an appointment?

  • Appointments can be made by speaking to our reception staff either by phone or in person. Our phone number is 314-647-8223.

What do I do if my pet is sick?

  • We will do our best to get urgently sick pets in for same day appointments. Non-urgent cases may be scheduled for another day.

What if I am running late or need to change my appointment?

  • We ask that you call our reception staff who will help to you reschedule your appointment.

Can I bring another pet to my appointment?

  • We will only have time to see the scheduled patient during the appointment time. If you need to bring your other pet for emotional support that is okay!
